Where can I find mental health services for low income with no insurance

Hey!

I was previously diagnosed with Adhd and don’t have access to those records. I moved to Austin and don’t have any health care or insurance. I’m struggling to maintain being organized and suffer from depression.

What options do I have??? I’ve been out of work for a few months and have been doing odd jobs to get by. I tried looking through the government health care options but cant afford it. I’d really like to get in contact with a mental health specialist to also see if I can be medicated.
