Very First Build – MKVII with Operator Helmet | Halo Costume and Prop Maker Community

Sorry, I know it’s a lot of pictures but I wanted to show some of the process I went through.
Suit is made of EVA Foam, except the Helmet I ordered 3D Printed from an Etsy Shop because I don’t have a 3D Printer… Yet!
Orange and Black or Grey have always been my colors in game since my xbox gamertag is TangerineMist61.
However, even in Infinite there is no digital camo in those colors. I just thought the camo would be fitting since Spartans are military units.
The Camo was done through getting my stepdad’s help with making vinyl stickers from his CriCut cutter. all in all getting the digital camo took over 1500 stickers, 6 layers of paint (2 coats of each color). Several days of using a dental pick to carefully remove the stickers. Finished it all out with some clear coat to protect the paint.

The final photo is around Halloween of 2024, when I debuted my hardwork In the downtown area of where I live.
