Hi Austin! A few months ago, there was a story about a man who had attacked two women but they wouldn’t arrest him for some reason. He was homeless and he was carrying a weaponish item with him or something (maybe a bat?). Does anyone know anything about that story? I’m asking because I am a woman who has two little girls and I have caught a man who I think might be the same person watching me in my house on three separate occasions. He appears to be wearing a mask? Maybe even a joker mask but it looked darker than a regular joker mask. Please let me know if you have any info on this individual. We live in Travis Heights.
