Rim damage driving by new construction on Caesar Chavez near Rainy

I have driven on Caesar Chavez near rainy for years but ever since this new building across Iron works has begun construction, I have had a damaged rim that needed to get replaced, several popped tires and severe imbalances and misalignments. Is there a way to get compensation from a this construction, this is absolutely obnoxious when I have no other options to go through this intersection than adding extra time mileage on to every work day?
