Recommendation for Foot and Ankle specialist?

I sprained my ankle the may before last and it still causes me instability and discomfort.

I went to one of those massive specialist groups where the doctor sees you for less than five minutes and sends you on your way with some steroids. After the third trip there and some PT, I took a break from treatment as I’d hit a plateau. After a few scary falls and the fact I can’t walk as much as I used to, I’m ready to get this fixed.

If anyone has dealt with these issues and has a recommendation I would be so grateful.
