Moody Center

I want to take my mom to a concert but she has some mobility issues. I’m trying to choose seats that make it easy for her to get in and out of. In the 100 sections what is the seating like? When you enter your section do you walk up stairs to your seats or down to your seats? I’m trying to figure out if top row or bottom row is better. I haven’t been to the moody center yet. We are looking at seeing Linkin Park. Thank you!
