Luxury British brand Lalage Beaumont will open its third London store in Belgravia tomorrow (4 December).
The new location on 28 Lowndes Street marks the brand’s 20th anniversary, and joins its two other London flagship stores in Beauchamp Place and Burlington Arcade.
Although known for its impressive handbag collection, the new store will showcase Lalage Beaumont’s collections including tailoring for business and special occasions.
Before founding her eponymous brand, Beaumont – who lives in nearby Chelsea – began her career at heritage British atelier Aquascutum and launched the label in 2004, having gained extensive experience designing for various English fashion houses during the eighties and nineties.
She cut her teeth designing for luxury English brands such as Burberry, and as Ready To Wear Director at Mulberry, before opening the Knightsbridge boutique in 2006.
Celebrating 20 years of the brand, Lalage Beaumont has launched a new Logo Jacquard collection of bags and tech accessories, showcasing its LB logo on a beautifully crafted fabric, finished with Caribou printed calf leather edging, which will be on display at the new store.
Beaumont said: “We are delighted to bring the Lalage Beaumont brand to Lowndes Street just in time for Christmas. I live close by in Chelsea and have always been a fan of the area and the community feel here. 2024 has been a very exciting year for us all at Lalage Beaumont with the 20th anniversary and the launch of a new store makes it even more eventful.”
