Samantha is a disability activist, vocal about her experience with brittle bone condition and how society lets disabled people down. She has written for GLAMOUR about how it feels to be stared at as a disabled woman, and works as an inclusion consultant, actor, broadcaster and writer. Samantha has also been an ambassador for Scope, ADD International and Parallel Global, and was named third most influential disabled person in The Shaw Trust’s Power 100 list of 2020. She’s appeared on Loose Women, Jeremy Vine on 5, The Disability Paradox and How To Beat… Ageing. Her book, You Are The Best Thing Since Sliced Bread, reminds us all to be “unapologetically you”.
