Collections 2025: Globewest reveals over 200 new styles

Globewest have launched Collections 2025 Volume #02 and it contains some stunning pieces. Made up of seven new collections, and over 200 styles, Volume #02 is designed to complement the natural and architectural elements of Australian homes and commercial spaces.

From their Melbourne-based creative hub, the design and product teams drew inspiration from retreat-like forms to craft a range that evokes a sense of calm. The overarching macro trend, “Shelter,” serves as the key influence for this range.

Head of creative, Keti Lytras, said: “Shelter, in essence, speaks to one of my favourite quotes: ‘Home is not where you were born; home is where all your attempts to escape cease,’ spoken by Naguib Mahfouz.”

In a classic curation of contemporary, retreat and modern styles, this collection
offers timeless appeal, effortlessly adapting to and complementing a variety of interiors.

An emphasis has been placed on comfort and softness with new upholstery styles, offering an inviting experience. New chairs feature powder-coated frames in monochromatic tones, including bone, cashmere and matte syrah (dark maroon). Sofas feature versatile modular designs and generous seating within streamlined silhouettes, offering a refined balance of form and function.

The designs combine practicality with stylistic craftmanship. There’s a balance of warmth and minimalism in each piece, with organic curves and refined lines that evoke a sense of contemporary charm. New designs in natural materials and finishes, introduce a level of elevated simplicity.

Each piece is crafted in nature-inspired hues, offering a unique blend of natural allure. New glass lighting and table lamps in russet tones and with travertine bases expand the range, while decorative pieces celebrate organic beauty, serving as both striking
accents and functional elements in your home.

Material highlights include a mix of matte and stainless steel frames, reimagined in a contemporary way, complemented by captivating marble in travertine and ocean colourways. Fresh upholstery silhouettes offer both visual appeal and comfort, in sleek velvet, textured weaves and speckled fabrics.
