Hi everyone, I’m moving to a new place in a few weeks and need to cancel my City of Austin Utilities. The place I’m moving to already has an account set up. This may be a stupid question but I’m 23 and this is the first time I’ve had to do all this lol, so I called the customer service line on my bill and on their website and the first thing it tells me to do is say commercial or residential services. I’ve said residential services about 400 times and it just repeats its automated speech? Am I calling the wrong number? Is there another way to cancel my services? I’ve tried pressing pound, calling back, etc. half the time when I call back I get Verizon’s this number is disconnected message. Wtf do I do? Thanks in advance? submitted by /u/ReindeerRecent840 |
