On 11/30 at 9:35am I handed this suitcase to a Delta agent. The bag never made it on the flight and was never scanned again. I have a claim and I have spoken to someone every day. This was a gift from my late father in law. I am desperate to have it returned. If you work in the airport or at Delta please please help me. I know that they will have to replace the monetary value- it’s not about that. Please be kind- losing this and all of the items has been very difficult.
