Dumb question: Since Austin has decriminalized marijuana does that also apply to areas that have Austin addresses but are technically not in Austin proper jurisdiction (in an ETJ)? Since APD doesn’t service those areas (it’s Travis County Sheriff) would that mean marijuana in those areas is still technically criminalized? Or does the decriminalization apply to all of Travis County no matter if you’re serviced by APD or TCSO?
