Rihanna made a grand arrival at The Fashion Awards 2024 and turned heads with her giant teal hat that totally stood out. The singer and businesswoman walked the red carpet alongside her longtime partner, A$AP Rocky. For the occasion, Rihanna pulled off a show-stealing ensemble, pairing a fuzzy wrap dress with a black bustier and sheer tights. The 36-year-old was honored with the Cultural Innovator Award at the event, which was held at the Royal Albert Hall in London, England.

Rihanna opted for an ensemble out of the fashion archives for her attendance at The Fashion Awards 2024. She wore a look from Christian Lacroix’s Fall/Winter 2002 couture collection. The eccentric ensemble included a blue fuzzy wrap dress. The vibrant asymmetrical piece also looked like a shawl as it featured full sleeves on one side and half on the other. Moreover, Rihanna continued to add drama to the ensemble with a pair of black leather gloves and sheer tights.
The wrap dress’ V-shaped neckline also gave a peek at the black bustier Rihanna wore underneath. Moreover, the base is elevated with a glittery black sheer lace panel cascading down on the back. However, the highlight of Rihanna’s ensemble was the huge fuzzy teal hat. The statement headpiece was tipped to one side to add a bit of vintage classiness. The singer also rocked an updo with a few loose strands of her dark hair covering either side of her face.
Rihanna completed the look with Saint Laurent’s Harlow satin pumps adorned with a crystal embellishment. Furthermore, she accessorized herself with layered diamond necklaces. The Fenty Beauty founder also wore stacked earrings.
This is not the first time Rihanna attended The Fashion Awards. She also graced the prestigious award show’s 2019 edition with her partner, A$AP Rocky.
