In June, Maria Grazia Chiuri staged the Christian Dior Cruise 2025 show in Scotland at Drummond Castle, situated in Perthshire. Archival photographs from Monsieur Dior’s 1955 Scottish showcase were ultimately reproduced as prints on tops and coats throughout MGC’s lineup. Scotland’s iconic Harris Tweed was also unsurprisingly at the forefront of a number of looks. Maria Grazia Chiuri looked to Mary, Queen of Scots and her rebellious spirit for inspiration, resulting in puffball gowns crafted from rich black velvet and adorned with heavy embroidery detailing.
