I live in an apartment complex within the domain and our utilities are so ridiculously expensive. Last month we were charged $290 for chilled water (for AC). We’re looking at about $500 a month for utilities in a 1,100sqft unit— absolutely insane. We’re taking it up with the complex, but so far they’ve been extremely unhelpful. This has gotta be an error. Anyone else experience this??
