Is it just me or have they turned off the yellow arrows to turn left at intersections?

At least specifically on Lamar and Guad. I’ll miss the initial green arrow and sit there all alone with a red arrow through a full traffic cycle.

It’s so inefficient. I guess thank god we don’t have traffic cops because I run those things if it’s safe to do it.
