LiftATX – Am I in the wrong for thinking the staff/owner are rude and unfriendly?

Was very excited about this gym, but had a very off putting experience from the staff. Reading the Google reviews it seems like others have had the same experience. How do y’all pay for a place that values you so little or did I just had a bad experience?
