I usually don’t post on here and kind of picky but desperate times have come and I need to find a responsible roommate.
I have a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath close to downtown around Oltorf with two large dogs and a backyard. $750 a month + half(ish) the utilities which fluctuate throughout the year. Great place for someone ti get their start in Austin.
It’s a little older place but location is great and I’m pretty easy to get along with as long as you’re responsible, can communicate, and are as respectful, as I will be to you.
