Not surprised they designated this issue in advance as the Hollywood one, given that they couldn’t count on the result of the election.
If things went their way, this cover story would still have seemed celebratory, and if things didn’t go their way, this double-issue would give them breathing space to rearrange and commission the relevant political content.
I’m sure they had a few pieces ready to go, either way, but they don’t have to release another issue for a while after this one.
