I work with the public and almost everybody is nice and polite.

I know everyone feels like the world went crazy. But every single day I talk to 400-600 Austinites, albeit briefly, and people are still trying. I think that’s important. If you’re feeling like the world is on fire, go for a walk and say hello to your fellow humans. It’s great.
