At Gucci, Sabato De Sarno debuted a plethora of platformed shoe styles in a number of colourways, including chocolate brown, dark green, and the house’s signature Rosso Ancora, while at Miu Miu, Miuccia Prada showcased monk-strap styles – made in collaboration with Church’s – in varying shades of brown. At Burberry, Daniel Lee made a strong case for the heeled loafer, finished with metal-capped tassels, and at Louis Vuitton, Nicolas Ghesquière presented an Oxford loafer/brogue hybrid.
